Xir Decoder is a professional software platform designed to deliver the most advanced chip tuning solutions in the automotive world. With its next-generation architecture, it no longer relies on any database; instead, it uses an Automatic Mappack system to analyze and apply all operations in real time. From Stage 1–2 performance tuning to DPF/EGR/AdBlue deactivation and features like Launch Control, every optimization process is live-analyzed and applied with maximum accuracy. Developed over many years, this project has finally reached the level required to meet all software optimization needs of modern vehicles. The GEARBOX + ECU modules include advanced live-processing capabilities that no other software offers, making Xir Decoder a unique all-in-one solution. With its Automatic Mappack technology and real-time processing power, Xir Decoder sets a new standard in the world of chip tuning.

Unlike other software, Xir Decoder works with its unique DAMOS mapping. In this way, a 100% success rate is achieved and risks are minimized. Instead of serving ready-made files, the system automatically delivers products and size, matched with the full map package you've loaded.

For Standard and Ultimate package users, a special solution is offered within 1 hour for the files contained in the data. Our expert software engineers specially prepare what you need and install the systems. We offer professional solutions for all your chip tuning needs, from Stage 1 to Stage 3, from disabling DPF/EGR/Adblue to Launch Control. Our system is designed to meet all the software needs of modern vehicles.

• No dongle is required. The license is instantly activated and linked to your computer.
• After payment, you will receive the software automatically via e-mail.
• On first launch, a license key will be generated. Send it to us with your company info for instant activation.
• You can upgrade your package at any time by paying the difference. Please contact us via email for the upgrade process.
• If the annual renewal fee is not paid at the end of the year, your account will be deactivated. It will be reactivated once the renewal payment is completed.
• One year subscription included. After one year, need pay 279EUR/year

Notice: 
1. The software needs to be installed on WIN10 and above, and will not work on systems lower than WIN10
2. Cannot use anydesk, teamviewer and other remote software to log in and open. Otherwise XirDecoder software will be closed automatically.
3. Support log in to one laptop at a time. Cannot log in to multiple computers at the same time. 
4. Customers wishing to change or transfer their email address will be charged a fee of 200 euros. Only license changes and computer replacements are free.
5. Please do not frequently change your computer. If the computer breaks down, it can be changed once a week and a maximum of four times a month now.

What's new in this version:
You can now see which DTC codes are disabled, highlighted in red.
If your file is not original, the system will warn you with a clear message screen on the first upload and inform you about what could previously be disabled.
Additionally, when you're about to solve a problem, a message will pop up in a window telling you what you need to do.
With the CHECK button, you can view a list of all disabled DTC codes and download it.
When you select any option, the system will automatically display an information message explaining the required procedures for that option.

V3.2 The main panel just got more powerful! You can now perform tuning operations directly from the homepage, in addition to DTC management.

Why use the main panel?
No more missing or undefined MapPacks — all MapPacks are now fully supported for each ECU.
No need to open tickets for Stage operations — everything is processed instantly.
Stage MapPack locks have started to be unlocked.
Once you upload your file, you can easily apply Stage 1–2, DPF, EGR, and many more functions.
We are gradually making all MapPacks 100% functional, and new ECUs are being added every day to complete tuning support for 438 ECUs.If your file is 100% original and you see very few missing options, do not worry, our update process will continue for 24 hours and the estimated complete completion will be completed in less than 48 hours.

Q:  receive a "license not found" error:

Restart your computer. If the problem persists, download the software again. If it still doesn't work, please let us know.

Q: Activation after payment

After your payment is completed, you will be sent an email with the download link and the information we need to activate the license. When you reply to this email; then you can start using our software in a very short time.

Q: How to open a ticket

If the option you need is not visible, to open a request (create a ticket):

1-Copy the ECU info information of your selected file (in the information section at the top of the software).
2-Click the Help Desk button.
3-Paste the ECU info information and write the options you want (for example: "stage 1 and AdBlue pls").
4-Send your message.
5-Our engineers will evaluate your message. To follow your ticket, you can see whether your file has been processed in the "Ticket" section in our software after a while.

After your ticket is processed, you can upload your file back to our software and perform any action you wish.

Q: License problem

Can you please check your internet connection and whether one of the remote access programs is active (our software will not work if one of the remote access programs such as AnyDesk, Teamviewer etc. is active)?
It would also be useful to check your antivirus programs. (Sometimes, while installing some software, they can also install an antivirus program without your knowledge)
If the issue persists after trying these, please let us know.

Q: I want to test

Unfortunately, we do not accept files for testing or trial. We hope you will understand this situation as there will be a lot of demand and malicious people will abuse it.
You can check our file quality with the DTC of the "EDC17C46" ECU that we offer for free to check the file quality of our software.

Q: As it says 10 files per day and what about to make Stage 1 or Stage 2 ect, Do you pay an extra for the Mapp or it’s included?

A: There is no additional charge for any solution included in our software. Your credit is valid per uploaded file. For example, if you perform stage 1+DPF on file x, 1 credit will be lost. However, if you upload the same file x later and perform EGR, 1 credit will be lost. The file limit is reduced per uploaded file. Additionally, our DTC and HardCut operations that we offer as additional solutions have unlimited usage. These do not affect your daily file limit.
